Together with distance

Dear SchlossHotel friends

Corona is a part of our current life. We are all aware of the measures for this and, from a current point of view, they will certainly also accompany us in winter.
The safety as well as the health of our guests, staff and residents is our top priority. For this reason, all regulations regarding Covid-19, which are imposed by the government, are strictly followed.

On this page we would like to keep you informed about the current Covid19 guidelines in the SchlossHotel, Zermatt and Switzerland and will try to answer all your questions below.

IMPORTANT: At the moment, access to our hotel is only possible for all persons (16 years and older) with a Covid 19 certificate (vaccinated - recovered - tested) recognised in Switzerland. Due to the new restrictions it is again obligation to wear a mask.

To protect you, dear guests, and our staff, the whole team has been vaccinated.

With best thanks for your understanding
Your SchlossHotel team
